We approoched Art of Eating (AOE) with a specific purpose. To get some help for our daughter, whose knee injury from sports restricted her physical activities. Orthopaedician advise was to focus on muscle strengthening through physic, plus any weight management possible via diet, without compromising nutrition needed for a growing teenager. Nirosha from AOE helped make significant achievement towards that objective in just 3 weeks.

After a very detailed discussion of dietary preferences, and baseline measurements, Nirosha suggested a plan which was also reviewed and fine tuned by sports nutritionist Shiny Surendran. Not only was the diet plan healthy, it provided tremendous flexibility through a variety of options with good taste and texture in addition to our daughter we parents enjoyed some of the innovative recipes. The results showed visibly in the 30th day review: with our daughter beaming with a bright smile, answering 'did you like what you ate?' with a firm Yes!, and a few kgs lesser which helped reduce strain on her knees.
