This notice explains how the Art of Eating website handles information when you browse the site or send an enquiry.
Information you provide
The enquiry form asks for your area of interest, name, phone number, email address and, where relevant, your location, time zone, selected program or event details. You may also add a short message.
Please do not include medical reports or sensitive health details in the website enquiry form. If the team needs health information for a consultation, they will tell you what is needed and how to share it.
How enquiry information is used
Art of Eating uses enquiry information to respond to you, understand which consultation, program or event request may fit, arrange follow-up and protect the service from misuse.
Website enquiries are sent to an Art of Eating service running on Google Cloud. They are saved in a private Firestore database and delivered to a private Google Sheet for authorised operational follow-up. The enquiry service does not send the submitted form through Gmail.
Privacy-safe website measurement
The site records a limited set of first-party interaction events so the team can understand whether important journeys are working. These events may include opening, starting or submitting the enquiry form, and clicks to call, WhatsApp or directions.
The recorded event data is limited to an event identifier, event and receipt times, the canonical page path, a coarse page location, country and region codes, device class, a coarse traffic-source category and the selected call-to-action identifier. It is stored in Google BigQuery.
This measurement does not store IP addresses or their hashes, full user-agent strings, raw referrers, campaign parameters, city or postcode, precise location, names, contact details, enquiry values, health interests, cookies, local-storage identifiers, session identifiers or browser fingerprints. An IP address may be used transiently for rate limiting, and the user agent may be used transiently to derive a broad device class.
Service providers and external links
Cloudflare supports site delivery, security and coarse edge-derived categories. Google Cloud, Firestore, Sheets and BigQuery support enquiry handling and measurement. Access is restricted to the people and service identities needed to operate these functions.
If you choose an external link such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, email or a social platform, that provider handles your activity under its own privacy terms.
Cookies and advertising
The current first-party website measurement does not set cookies or create a persistent visitor identifier. Art of Eating does not currently use enquiry or measurement data from this site for targeted advertising.
Retention
Enquiries are retained for operational follow-up and recovery. Measurement events are retained for operational reporting. A fixed deletion schedule has not yet been approved; Art of Eating is reviewing retention periods and deletion procedures. You may contact the team to request deletion or correction of information linked to your enquiry.
Your choices and requests
You can choose not to use the enquiry form and contact the team by phone, email or WhatsApp instead. Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights relating to your personal information.

Changes to this notice
This page describes the website’s current operation and may be updated when the site, its providers or its retention practices change. Any additional privacy or consent information provided for a consultation remains separate from this website notice.
