I have started my journey with Shiny Surendran mam 3 months back with my weight of 93 kg and diabetes of about 250 before fasting, now I have reduced my weight with the help of Shiny mam almost 17 kgs now I am 76 kgs and my diabetes under control not over 90 before fasting and the doctor have reduced my tablets from 3 per day to 1 per day and I feel very light and relaxed now.
